Ongoing operations: Growing every year.

In January 2024, AASA took on three responsibilities vital to the ongoing success of action sports in Alberta:

  • Develop and execute a world class Rider Development Program
  • Promote and run Grass Roots to Pro events for bmx freestyle, scooter, skateboard, and roller freestyle (Inline) around the Province and beyond.
  • Ensure financial sustainability of Alberta's two existing action sports INDOOR RIDING FACILITIES -- House of Wheels Calgary and House of Wheels Edmonton -- and work to expand them.
